It’s that time of the year for another Encaustic Workshop, with a concentration on mixed media, photo transfer and monotypes. The schedule is now set for Saturday and Sunday, June 18 and 19, 2011. Each day will begin at 10AM and end at 4:30PM. Planned demonstrations include making paint and medium, fusing techniques, incorporating mixed media including photographs and many other topics.

After my Hambidge residency, I came back to the studio full of ideas and plans for my new work. Of course new work always leads to new discoveries in techniques that I love to share.
