Such gorgeous photographs!. Each one could be the source of a painting. But what I like best is how they make me think. Rust? really? that image is so organic it looks alive. The tree with the ear, wow! You have a splendid eye Helen.

Thanks Bruce, I do take inspiration from my photos. The textures and colors in my paintings are often evident. My newest find is taking photos with my iPhone on a trip when someone else is driving (of course). This has been a catalyst for looking at the landscape in a very abstract but not so abstract way.
